TARON SARGSYAN

As the Founder and CEO of Berg Development Inc. and a graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) with a Bachelor of Architecture, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and development industry.I started this company with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, efficient, and transparent design-build services that clients can trust. Since then, I’ve overseen the successful completion of a wide range of residential and commercial projects across Southern California—from ground-up developments to complex renovations and ADU builds.

My background in construction is both technical and operational. I’m directly involved in every aspect of the work—from client consultation and budgeting to team coordination, permit approvals, and final delivery. I take pride in managing each project with attention to detail, accountability, and long-term value in mind.

I’ve built Berg Development on strong relationships—with clients, subcontractors, architects, and city officials—and I believe that clear communication and reliability are just as important as technical skill. Whether we’re building a single-family home or managing a multi-unit development, I lead with integrity, experience, and a commitment to excellence.

IGOR KOZIN

Igor Kozin was born in Odessa, Ukraine, and graduated from the Odessa Institute of Civil Engineering in 1988. He began his career working for the city’s construction management office, gaining valuable experience in large-scale urban development projects.

In 1996, Igor relocated to Los Angeles, where he continued his career in the construction industry, overseeing a wide range of residential and commercial projects across both Los Angeles and Sacramento. His expertise spans project management, site development, and construction execution.

Since 2020, Igor has expanded his focus to include solar energy solutions, reflecting his commitment to sustainable and forward-thinking building practices. In 2024, he also began developing modular construction projects in California, combining efficiency, innovation, and environmental responsibility.

As Chief Operating Officer, Igor leads operations with a strong foundation in engineering and decades of hands-on industry experience.

DAVID AROUSH

David Aroush is an accomplished architectural designer specializing in high-end residential and mixed-use projects. With a deep understanding of space planning, materiality, and contemporary design sensibilities, he leads the design vision for our firm’s most complex and custom-tailored projects.

Educated at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (Sci-Arc), David combines rigorous academic training with hands-on industry experience. His portfolio includes multi-scale developments, vertical living concepts, and bespoke single-family residences. From initial concept through construction documentation, he brings clarity, precision, and creativity to every phase of the design process.

David is known for his ability to translate client goals into refined, buildable solutions that balance aesthetic impact with functional performance. His expertise in tools like Rhino, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite allows him to communicate ideas with clarity and depth—offering clients a clear vision of their space before a single wall is built.

As Lead Designer, David is deeply involved in design development, client engagement, and project coordination, ensuring that every design reflects the unique aspirations of its users while meeting the highest standards of design and execution.

Driven by a belief that great design should elevate daily life, David approaches each project with curiosity, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating spaces that feel both timeless and personal.

NORAYR BOYAJYAN

Norayr is an accomplished business development professional and marketing expert with over 12 years of experience. A graduate of the Russian-Armenian University with a degree in PR and Marketing, he began his career as a digital marketer, specializing in platforms like Yandex and Google. His early interest in performance-driven strategies laid the foundation for a successful trajectory into leadership roles across multiple industries.

Over the years, Norayr has served as CMO for several major companies, where he led regional branches, shaped brand identities, and built scalable marketing infrastructures. In 2022, he established his own multipurpose agency—designed as a complete marketing ecosystem that integrates strategy, digital, creative, and business development under one roof.

Today, he is the CEO of push agency and CMO of BERG, where he continues to push the boundaries of brand innovation and business growth. Alongside his executive work, Norayr has taught marketing and served as a mentor to emerging professionals, passing on the knowledge and insight he’s gained through more than a decade in the field.

Outside of work, Norayr is passionate about basketball, a lifelong reader drawn to philosophy, and a devoted dog lover. He shares his home with two samoyeds who are as much a part of his family as his professional journey is part of his identity. This balance between strategic thinking and soulful interests is what grounds his leadership style—empathetic, curious and driven.

SONA VARDANYAN

Sona is a creative marketing leader with over 12 years of experience in brand strategy, team leadership, and campaign development. A graduate of the French University in Armenia (UFAR) with a degree in Management, she began her career as an event coordinator and quickly advanced through roles in marketing and leadership, eventually finding her true calling in creative direction.

Early in her career, Sona worked in France at Allianz as a marketing specialist, gaining international experience and a strong foundation in corporate communications and market positioning. She later played a key role in organizing the Summit of La Francophonie in Yerevan, one of Armenia’s most significant international events, where she coordinated major aspects of event planning and communications. Her career continued to grow as she served as Head of Marketing for Globbing’s Kazakhstan branch, where she led a full marketing team, managed creative processes, opened multiple service centers across the country, and orchestrated launch ceremonies that introduced Globbing to a new audience.

In 2022, Sona co-founded push agency, bringing her vision for strategic creativity into a full-scale marketing agency setting. As Creative Director at push agency and Creative Team Lead at BERG, she guides teams, shapes brand narratives, and ensures that every concept is rooted in both imagination and intention.

Sona is deeply passionate about storytelling, design, and creating experiences that leave lasting impressions. Outside of work, she’s a devoted reader who never misses a chance to open a book, and a proud dog mom to a samoyed who brings joy and balance to her daily life. Whether she’s building a brand from the ground up or refining the final details of a campaign, Sona leads with insight, warmth and a sharp creative eye.
