IGOR KOZIN,

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Igor Kozin was born in Odessa, Ukraine, and graduated from the Odessa Institute of Civil Engineering in 1988. He began his career working for the city’s construction management office, gaining valuable experience in large-scale urban development projects.

In 1996, Igor relocated to Los Angeles, where he continued his career in the construction industry, overseeing a wide range of residential and commercial projects across both Los Angeles and Sacramento. His expertise spans project management, site development, and construction execution.

Since 2020, Igor has expanded his focus to include solar energy solutions, reflecting his commitment to sustainable and forward-thinking building practices. In 2024, he also began developing modular construction projects in California, combining efficiency, innovation, and environmental responsibility.

As Chief Operating Officer, Igor leads operations with a strong foundation in engineering and decades of hands-on industry experience.
